Depending on your taste a drawback may be that this scent takes on a slightly musky chemical smell once the perfume dries.

Instead a scent of overpowering, rancid musky powder that quickly enveloped the room with one tiny spray. It was headache and gag inducing.
I compared, we compared the scent against a 15 year old bottle of Beautiful. The OLD bottle smelled better. The two also smelled totally different.
We tried to return the icky, new scent to Ulta. They said no. Just no. We then contacted Estee Lauder directly. Their support was outstanding. They sent a replacement bottle, at no charge. It too smelled horrible, overbearing, musky, rancid, and was a very dark amber in color. Then I read about formula changes here on Ulta in reviews and elsewhere. Buyer beware. This is not the version of Beautiful.
Estee Lauder no longer makes the original formulation. It's a substandard imitator. You will get close to the original Beautiful fragrance in Beautiful Magnolia but the magnolia overpowers the delicate base and middle notes even on dry down. This new formulation of Beautiful is for those who like very, very strong perfumes with musk base notes. There is no floral note in the current formulation.
To my sensitive nose this new formulation is a dump and pour fragrance and the unpleasant mingling of a multitude of overpowering and unpleasant scents.
If you are looking for the nostalgia of the beloved version of Beautiful that was light, slightly green with a kiss of a soft floral garden, this formulation is not it. I love the smell of beautiful perfume. It has a soft scent that I've gotten a lot of compliments on when wearing it. It is a truly wonderful scent.

I have been buying this perfume as long as I can remember, at least 25 years. It will continue to be my go to perform always, it's my signature scent. I have been wearing this perfume for 20 years.
I buy one every other year or so. I recently bought the 3. I am familiar with what it should smell like and it was just wrong. I even set it aside and tried it again a couple of times just to make sure I didn't imagine it or that I wasn't influenced by something else.
